Mount Calvary 100 Club of Buffalo Burial Fund

Often burial arrangements have not been made in advance. Mount Calvary Cemetery, Inc. wants to help grieving families in their time of need with what can be a difficult decision- selecting a well-respected cemetery that meets personal and faith based preferences. They have taken this a step further and created the Mount Calvary 100 Club Burial Fund.

The Fund provides a credit of $1,500 for each fallen public safety officer or fire fighter or EMS person who dies in the line of duty or as the direct and proximate result of a traumatic injury sustained in the line of duty. The fund is exclusively for the purchase of a grave, crypt or niche within any of the five Mount Calvary properties - United German and French, Pine Lawn, Ridge Lawn, Buffalo Cemetery and Mount Calvary Cemetery.

By New York State law, the Fund can be used only for burial space. It does not include interment service fees.

Any portion of Mount Calvary's 100 Club Burial Fund not used is returned to the program. In addition, Mount Calvary provides a 10% discount on burial space to the surviving spouse if and when arrangements are made for their services, either pre-need or at need.

To take advantage of Mount Calvary's 100 Club Burial Fund, applicants must have completed The 100 Club Emergency Service Provider Program Form in advance. For further information and printable online form, click here. It is also available by contacting Arthur F. DuC. Musarra Esq. at (716) 856-7330. His services are available pro bono (without charge) for Burial Fund services.
