What is a Professional Service Fee?
The Cemetery's Professional Service Fee includes basic services relating to the final disposition of the deceased, as well as the general care and operations of the cemetery. These fees include, but are not limited to the use of the cemetery’s professional, union and non‐union staff, facilities and equipment used to process and complete the request for interment, entombment or inurnment privileges as well as maintaining the cemetery. The processing of each disposition involves:
The verification of:
- Ownership
- The right of burial privileges
- The correct permanent interment location
- The coordination between cemetery personnel/grounds, funeral director and/or family members.
The processing involved in the proper authorization for each individual burial service includes:
- Obtaining and processing of necessary permits and authorization
- The preparation and restoration of each disposition space

Payment Options
Mount Calvary is pleased to offer a variety of no interest payment options when purchasing property in one of our five cemeteries. When a loved one dies and no final resting place has been selected, you will need to meet with one of our family advisors who will guide you through the selection process. Please note that all at-need fees must be paid in full prior to the day of service. Fees include purchase of space and opening fees.
Many of the families we have served choose to pre-plan their arrangements. This allows them to have the space that reflects their wishes, alleviates their loved ones from the burden of making choices at the time a death occurs and uses today's dollars for tomorrow's need. Contact our office to arrange to speak with one of our family advisors to learn about your options.

Graves
Pre-Need Purchases:
35% down payment, balance in 18 monthly payments
At-Need Purchases:
Single grave requires payment in full
Two or more graves - 60% down payment, balance in 18 monthly payments
Mausoleum Crypts
Pre-Need Purchases:
25% down payment, balance in 36 monthly payments
At-Need Purchases:
Single crypt requires payment in full
Tandem crypt - 25% down payment, balance in 36 monthly payments.
Niches
Pre-Need Purchases:
25% down payment, balance in 12 monthly payments
At-Need Purchases:
Niche requires payment in full
